Upgrade your customer to Sky HD WITHOUT the HD pack for £110 + VAT
How it works -
Simply register online with us, we will have an account set up within 2 working days.
Order your customers upgrade online, customers must be upgrading from either a standard Sky box or a Sky plus box, this offer does not apply to existing Sky HD customers.
You will pay £150 + VAT for the box on checkout.
We will then despatch your box to either your customer or your engineer. We will also send a quad LNB including an adaptor to fit all Sky dishes. We suggest that if the customer only has a standard Sky box then an engineer should install the box as the LNB will need changed and a new cable run to the Sky HD recevier. If your customer has Sky plus then we suggest the box can be self installed.
When we send the box we will include a help sheet explaining exaclty what your customer or engineer must do to activate the card after installation (normally a simple call back). This sheet also explains that a text message must be sent to us AFTER the card has been activated in the new box, this is required so that we can process your credit.
Once we have confirmed with Sky that your customers account has been upgraded we will credit you with either £150 + VAT if your customer subscibed to the HD pack, or £40 + VAT if your customer did not subscribe to the HD pack.

As a warranty provider you will obviously benefit from the fact that the box is brand new and comes complete with a full 12 month warranty.
Warranty details -
Fault occurs inside 28 days, we will arrange to replace the box directly with the customer for a new box.
Fault occurs after 28 days, we will arrange to replace the box directly with the customer, the box will be replaced with a graded box of similar age.
