Returns & Refunds
Within 28 days of receipt
If your purchase develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is in 'as-new' condition. We will collect the product from you for inspection. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange.
Outside 28 days of receipt
If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days and within its 12 month guarantee period you will be responsible for returning the product to us, we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge ( UK only). This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange.
DAMAGED GOODS
Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your Simply Digital order number and with details of the problem and from where and when the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
UNWANTED GOODS
Within 7 days of receipt.
Provided your purchase remains unused and 'as new' we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 7 days after purchase without question. This refund does not extend to the cost of delivery or return and your product will need to be inspected before reimbursement.
