Delivery Information

All orders received on a working day before 1pm will be despatched the same day for next working day delivery. Any order received after 1pm or during weekend will be despatched next working day for dilivery the following working day.

We use Parcel Force for our deliveries. You will receive an email with the consignment number by 6pm on the day of despatch. You will also receive any delivery updates directly from Parcel Force.

Some items cannot be sent via standard courier (any item over 3m in length), if your order contains any of these items we will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery.

Delivery cost is £6.95 for any order under £100.00 all orders over £100 delivery is FOC. All orders will be despatched via Parcel Force no matter how small, hence the delivery cost. We do not profit from our delivery charges.
